Believe it or not, these gorgeous photographs were taken by my husband a few years ago. They’ve been tucked away in a file on our computer, & I stumbled upon them yesterday. Why am I just now appreciating them?
Today, the blogosphere is throwing Renee a virtual bridal shower, since she will be getting married very soon. Unfortunately, I’m experiencing a nasty case of writer’s block, or else I would have written something very articulate, heartfelt, & humorous. So Renee, please forgive me… but all I have to offer you are words from an older post, 16 things I’ve learned from being married. It’s a few months old, but the sentiments still stand! & from the bottom of my heart, I wish you the very best.
& speaking of wishing, today is my mother’s 46th birthday!
Happy birthday, Mommy, & may you live for another 46 years (but preferably longer, because I want you to be around when I celebrate my 100th birthday).
