Last night, I met up with my fellow blogging buddies, Katelin, Kerri, & Sarah, in Los Angeles. & it was nothing short of an adventure…
I don’t even know where to begin to describe last night; … it was stressful (I was stuck in traffic for nearly 2 hours, was terribly late, & got slightly lost in the process); it was thrilling (I met Kerri! & Sarah! & Katelin!); it was beautiful (the weather was absolutely perfect!) it was late (we didn’t meet until 8pm, & I didn’t get home until 11pm); it was expensive (the parking, I mean; $24.00 to park for only two bloody hours!). But most of all… it was so much fun.
& quite fittingly, my fortune cookie for the evening said:
“Get off to a new start — Come out of your shell.”
